The AJC Jerusalem Library has an extensive collection of books, journals, and films in English and Hebrew on the subjects of American Jewry, Israel-Diaspora relations and Israel-U.S. relations.

Sections include: the contemporary American Jewish community; American Jewish history; American Jewish-Israeli relations; Jewish religious movements in the U.S.; Anti-Semitism in the U.S. and globally; American Jewish literature; Afro-American–Jewish relations; American Jewish organizational life; the Jewish lobby and Jewish involvement in American politics; Jewish education; Jewish identity; intermarriage; biographies of prominent Jews; Jewish communities around the world; the Holocaust and the role of the U.S and the American Jewish community during the Holocaust; interfaith; the American Muslim community; the Middle East and the Israeli-Arab conflict; the Peace Process; U.S. relations with the Middle East; terrorism; Israeli society, politics and religion; Zionism; American immigration to Israel; Israeli emigration to the U.S. and more.

In addition, the library subscribes to over 30 American Jewish journals, holds hundreds of American Jewish Committee publications, and has a collection of films.

Our on-line catalogue (currently under construction) is available for searching using an English or Hebrew menu. The catalogue can be opened only with Internet Explorer web browser. While the catalogue is being built, please contact the librarian if you don't find what you're looking for.

LIBRARY SERVICES:

• Lending: Books, journals and films can be borrowed from the library for a period of up to a month, with the possibility of renewal via telephone. Up to two items can be borrowed at the same time.
• Fees: There is no membership fee to use the library but a refundable deposit will be taken for each book borrowed.
• Xeroxing Services: The fee for xeroxing is 40 agorot per page.
• Reading Room: Research can be done on the premises during library hours.
